13 Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school (If applicable). (Copy to be self-attested or attested by the parents)
14 Attested copy of the caste/community certificate and minority certificate (If applicable).
All photocopies should be submitted along with the originals for verification. Guardians can sign the papers only if both the parents have passed away/bedridden/not in the country.
